We believe in and back the
products we sell. All products were fed to our families horses,
growing puppies and performance dogs prior to offering them on our website. We
will never sell a product that we have not used or endorse whole heartedly. All purchases of
Animal Naturals products through our
website are shipped well below the manufacturer's expiration date and backed by the manufacture's unconditional guarantee. We value our
customers and welcome their comments and suggestions about the health and
performance products as well as other products on our website.
Return Policy: Please
contact us prior to returning a product. Return the unused portion of the
product in the original container (manufacturer will not guarantee if not in
original packaging) and note why it is being returned. Shipping charges are the responsibility of
the customer unless we made an error and shipped the wrong product or size. In
that case we will reimburse "ground" shipping charges to the customer. Customers
have the choice to receive a credit towards another product or a refund. Refunds
will be credited to the customer within 10 business days of the receipt of the
returned item.
Ordering Information
California sales tax is not
included on displayed prices.

during normal hours of operation (M-F 8AM-5PM). If your order will be delayed we
will advise you of such.
Use our secure shopping cart for PayPal,
credit card or check
payments (shipping and sales tax will be added at checkout), or if you prefer to mail your
order send us an e-mail and we will send an invoice to include with your money
order or cashier's check. You may also call us for credit card orders.
PayPal customers - may use the

send an invoice including sales tax and shipping. Thank you.
Case discounts - Save money ordering products by the case which is eligible for a case discount.
Special Order Products - 30 and 32 lb
containers. We now keep all 30 and 32 size kennel packs in stock for rapid
shipping.
International Orders
Free shipping offers are available only to the
continental United States. Please contact us prior to ordering for
shipping prices to Hawaii, Canada and International countries. All
duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the
consignee/customer. Please do not ask us to ship as a gift or under the
pretense that we are shipping a different product than the actual
purchase. We will not do this under any circumstances.
Canadian Orders - Yes we currently ship the following products
to Canada: GoDog, PuppyGold, K9 SuperFuel, ShowStopper, Joint Strong,
Equine Show and Go and Young at
Heart. Please contact us for Canadian orders as there is a charge for
shipping. Canadian customers are also responsible for any customs,
duties and/or brokerage fees necessary to complete delivery.

Shipping Information
Shipping charges are as follows:

◊$16.01-$19.99 Shipping $6.50
◊$20.00-$39.99 Shipping $7.50
◊Over $40.00 Shipping is free to the continental United States (not including sales tax).
All orders will be shipped via UPS ground unless delivery will be local
or specified "urgent" by the customer. Need your order in a hurry? No problem, simply call or e-mail and we adjust

your order is received damaged, we would like to hear about it, however,
the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier to file a claim.
To
save on shipping costs and the environment we often recycle shipping
cartons and packing material if they are still sturdy and will
ensure that
your product arrives in good shape. Please recycle your product containers, cardboard cartons and
packing material.
Damaged orders - Although we
carefully package your order they may sometimes arrive damaged by the
carrier. If your order arrives damaged so that the container has lost
content we will replace it but you must contact the carrier
immediately to file a damage report. Merchandise must remain in
the original packaging and returned via the carrier (we will arrange a
pick-up) in order for us to replace it. Photographs to substantiate the
claim are very helpful.
Customer
Incentives
We offer two types of incentives for dog
and horse clubs and individual customers who purchase or refer customers
who purchase products directly through us.
Group discount - Orders receive a discount based on the amount of
the order but no less than 10% (not including
shipping or tax) for products ordered from our website, FAX or by mail. Group orders must be
submitted on one online, FAX or mail in order form. Club members are
responsible for determining their portion of the order and a group account
must be set up prior to placing the first order. Group orders will be
shipped to one location.
Individuals - Receive store credit for customer referrals who purchase from us. You
will receive a credit of 10% of your
referral's purchases (not including tax or shipping). Please use the incentive
form and make sure your referrals mention
your name so we can track your credit.
Breeder Discounts - Show and Sport
offers discounts to verified breeders. Contact us for details.
Donation Requests
We get numerous requests for
product donations and trophy sponsorships each year. Unfortunately, due to
the rising numbers we can no longer honor all requests. To be considered the
requester must be a current, active customer and submit the request in
writing (e-mail attachment is fine or FAX), on club letter head, state the
nature of your event and type of donation required and date you need the
product by and provide a link to your event website. If your club is a
non-profit organization such as a breed rescue or animal health research,
please submit proof of non-profit status. Priority will be made for
fundraisers to rescue and genetic/health organizations although we can not
guarantee that we will be able to contribute to your efforts. We will notify
you of our decision as soon as possible.
