New Shipping Policies - All orders will be shipped via UPS ground unless delivery will be local or specified "urgent" by the customer. This is due to the increase on USPS shipping fees and our desire to continue offering free shipping to our customers. All kennel pack 30-32 lb containers are drop shipped UPS ground directly from the manufacturer. Need your item in a hurry? No problem, simply call or e-mail for the additional shipping charges. 4/28/08 Please note: Due to escalating fuel and raw ingredient prices, Animal Naturals is forced to increase their product prices by 10% effective May 15, 2008. We will continue to offer current pricing until we have to re-order product at the increased price. Unfortunately, once our current stock is depleted and we have to order at the increased price, we will have to increase our prices on Animal Naturals products as well to continue offering our customers free shipping. The price increase does not affect other products at this time. We will continue to match or beat any competitors advertised or web price, and offer breeder, club and case discounts.
